The Black and White TV Project came abou
t new year 2007. Having a couple of redu
ndant Black and White Televisions we cov
ered them with a Happy new years message
in cut vinyl. Where the lettering is rem
oved and the Static of the TV screen sho
ws through.
We then had the idea if we could get a l
arger number of Black and White TV's we
could make a TV wall in a similar way ea
ch TV displaying an image created with c
ut vinyl.

Answer : We dont have a budget, we are hoping people
